As a young girl, I fell in love with ballet.  Unfortunately, this all-consuming passion came with the constant pressure to have the “perfect body”.  For a decade I struggled with a debilitating eating disorder, which lead to a dangerous diet pill addiction, crash dieting, binge eating and starving.


Instead of loving and celebrating my body through dance, I hated my body and punished it for not being perfect.


As a dance major in college, my mind, body and spirit finally broke down and I began to seek help to heal.  Through counseling, spiritual growth and beautiful relationships, I learned to love my body through my mindset, meals and motivation.


Over a year and a half, I lost over 30 pounds and cultivated a gentle discipline around my fitness and food, which completely transformed my health and beauty, from the inside out.

This total transformation of my mind, body and spirit inspired me to become a certified Pilates instructor and holistic health coach.  I created videos, ebooks and the Feel Beautiful Blog to inspire and empower women to manifest their most beautiful selves from the inside out.
